● Perhaps the TF card storage is full, try to change a TF card.
● If you are using a new TF card, do remember to format it before using, Otherwise, the card won't work normally.
● When the TF card factors are eliminated, maybe there are some system errors happening on the camera, simply reset the device. Enter its Setting interface to reset it, or press the Power button and the WIFI button together to reset the camera.

● Change the video/photo resolution in the camera's setting. Press the camera's Power/Mode button (on the camera's front face) to switch to the Settings interface, then press the OK button (on the camera's top surface) to enter it. Press the Up and Down buttons (on the camera's right surface) to locate the Video Resolution or Photo Resolution, and press OK button to access it. Choose the resolution you prefer and press OK button to confirm.
● If the blurry images issue is not caused by the above two reasons, it may happen due to some system errors. Simply reset the camera (not format, because the format option aims to format the TF card). Go to camera's Settings - Reset, choose this option and press OK button to reset the camera, removing the system errors.
● When the TF card storage is full or the card's data transmission speed is slow, which also may cause this issue. So simply change a good quality branded TF card, such as the Toshiba, Samsung, MIXZA TF card. Please format the TF card before using it.
● If none of the solutions work, the camera probably has some hardware issues. Please contact the after-sales service for further assistance.
When playing back the images/videos captured with the EKEN H9 action camera, there are uncountable straight lines appearing on the images like the below picture.
● Check whether the camera lens' protective file is removed or not. If not, simply remove it.

● Check the images on your phone or copy the images to your PC and check whether the images are normal.
